On the East Shore of Lake Tahoe, just south of Sand Harbor is a secret trail that goes down to a bay that has a large rock in it that has a small pine tree growing on it, which has been named Bonsai Rock. It is a favorite with locals and is a fantastic place to ketch the sunset.
